Your order will automatically move to the packaging queue once our automated system verifies your full payment via bKash/Nagad/Rocket. Urgent Warning: If a customer underpays the final bill amount (even by 1 Taka), the order will automatically be marked as "On-Hold" and the shipment will be temporarily paused. The customer must submit a second valid Transaction ID (TrxID) via the website popup to clear the remaining balance before the shipping process resumes. Furthermore, if a customer attempts to submit an invalid, fake, or previously used TrxID for 3 consecutive times, our automated security system will flag them as a spammer. Upon the 3rd failed attempt, the payment submission window will be permanently locked, and the customer's account will be immediately suspended.

Once your order status changes to "Ready to Ship" and is handed over to our in-house delivery team (Delivery Man) or our authorized courier partners (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, RedX), you can track your live shipment status and delivery updates directly from your Tangail Buzz Account or Order Page. For your convenience, a live tracking link, all order updates, and your official invoice will also be sent automatically to your registered Gmail and WhatsApp number.
