You can request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact. For traditional or handmade items, slight color variations due to camera lighting will not be considered defects.

To initiate a return, simply go to your Tangail Buzz Account / Order Page, select the specific order, and click on the "Request Return" button. (Please Note: If a product was explicitly marked as 'Non-Refundable' or 'No Refund' at the time of purchase, you will not be able to request a return or refund for that item). For eligible items, you can select the return reason and upload clear photos or videos of the product highlighting the issue directly through our system. Our team will review your submission and update your status in real-time.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your order was automatically verified or merged via our automated transaction system, the refund will be credited back to the original funding source (bKash/Nagad/Rocket). Orders placed on hold due to insufficient or partial payments cannot be refunded unless the remaining balance is settled or officially cancelled by our administration. Approved refunds will be processed and sent within 7 working days.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Tangail Buzz, we will bear the shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong size/product selection by the customer, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
